Safety and Health Excellence: The Only Option
Manhattan Consultants professionals are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We have been developing award wining safety and health systems for over twelve years. Our greatest success comes from developing written safety programs and safety training modules by working side-by-side with managers, supervisors, skilled tradesmen, and non-skilled laborers. We spend time in the field with the people who are on the front line of job related risk. Our job is to enable them to appropriately understand these risks and protect themselves accordingly. Within any safety culture employees respond favorably to customized employee training and site specific online OSHA training; especially if they have a voice and ownership of the job safety analysis (JSA) process.

Obviously site specific safety processes are far more suitable for meeting regulatory compliance. We have extensive experience developing process specific lockout/tagout procedures, written emergency procedures programs, hazard communication programs, confined space entry programs, respiratory protection programs, drug free workplace, and an entire library of OSHA required programs.

Site specific employee training modules are developed for each written program. It often makes sense to present stand-alone safety training based on specific issues of your facility that are not addressed in required written programs. Examples of such training include; Utility Knife Safety Training, Valuing Safety and Health/Behavior Based Safety, New Employee Orientation Training, Biomechanics Training, Slips, Trios and Falls, and a host of relevant valuable learning modules.

Account managers and project managers are assigned to assist you twenty-four hours a day - seven days a week.
